Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Senior Interior Designer role based in Faridabad, with some flexibility for work from home. The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end design projects, including concept development, space planning, and detailed interior design for residential and corporate clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing construction drawings, coordinating FF&E selections, and collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is realized on site. The role involves client presentations, design documentation, site visits, and oversight of execution quality and timelines. The Senior Interior Designer is expected to mentor junior team members and support continuous improvement of studio design standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Interior Design and Architecture, with the ability to integrate aesthetics, functionality, and technical requirements.
• Strong Space Planning skills, including layout optimization for residential and corporate projects.
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings, with attention to detail and coordination across disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, specification, and coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present concepts and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Proven experience leading projects from concept to completion, preferably in luxury or high-end residential and corporate interiors.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
