Job Summary
- We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and results‑driven RTR professional with over 12 years of experience in the Record to Report (R2R) domain.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent people‑management skills, and the ability to lead teams to deliver high‑quality financial outcomes aligned with business needs.
- This role requires close collaboration with senior leadership and business partners, particularly during critical close cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a large RTR team, with prior experience managing teams of at least 20 members.
- Own and drive end‑to‑end Record to Report / Financial Accounting & Reporting (F&A) processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate month‑end close (MEC), including journals, reconciliations, reporting, and analysis.
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
- Handle internal and external audits effectively, addressing audit requirements and queries.
- Support consolidation activities and statutory reporting requirements.
- Work closely with senior management, including the Financial Controller, during month‑end and quarter‑end close.
- Proactively manage and resolve escalations from business partners in a timely manner.
- Make sound decisions during challenging situations while maintaining service quality and business continuity.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to help them achieve individual and team goals.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with other process towers such as AP, AR, and T&E to ensure end‑to‑end financial integrity.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end F&A / RTR processes.
- In‑depth knowledge of:
- Month‑end close
- Account reconciliations
- Financial reporting and analysis

- Good working knowledge of upstream and downstream processes (AP / AR / T&E).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven leadership capability with a track record of managing large teams.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive results under pressure.
