The Role

We’re looking for a high-energy fresher who wants to ship real products, not just follow tutorials.

You’ll work across Angular/React, Java/Node.js, AI tools, agents, and MCPs to build useful, secure, good-looking software. You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you should be curious, fast to learn, and comfortable using AI to punch above your weight.

This role is for someone who can ask sharp questions, take feedback, figure things out, and keep moving without being limited by traditional technologies.

What You’ll Do

• 🛸 Build product features using Angular/React and Java/Node.js.

• 🛡️ Apply security-first thinking: auth, permissions, input validation, secrets, dependencies, and safe AI usage.

• 🎨 Build interfaces that feel clean, fast, and intuitive, not just technically correct.

• 🤖 Use AI tools, agents, MCPs, and automation to code, debug, test, and learn faster.

• 🧪 Experiment with better workflows for development, documentation, testing, and code review.

• 🔌 Connect AI tools to real systems through APIs, MCPs, and internal tools.

• 🔍 Review your own code and AI-generated code carefully.

• ⚡ Bring energy, curiosity, and momentum to a small team building a real product.

What We’re Looking For

• 🧑‍💻 Strong fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, APIs, databases, and Git.

• 🧰 Exposure to Angular or React and Java or Node.js through projects, internships, coursework, or self-learning.

• 🎛️ Strong sense of UI/UX and care about how the product feels.

• 🧠 You treat AI tools like part of your engineering stack, not a novelty.

• 🛰️ Interest in AI agents, MCP servers, tool calling, and AI-assisted workflows.

• 🧯 Able to write good prompts, validate AI output, and avoid sharing sensitive data with tools.

• 🔐 Basic understanding of OWASP, cloud basics, Docker, CI/CD, or vulnerability scanning.

• 🔥 Startup energy: ownership, speed, curiosity, and no “that’s not my job” attitude.

Bonus Points

• 🧬 You’ve built side projects, internal tools, automations, agents, or AI-powered features.

• 📈 You’ve used AI to improve your coding, testing, documentation, or learning speed.

• 🚀 You can show us something you built and explain the tradeoffs.
