Immediate Hiring | Conference & Events Executive (Full-Time)

Horizon Conference Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a committed, execution-focused professional to join our Conference Operations team in Mumbai.

The honest bits

We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of hands-on experience in running events, conferences, webinars, or similar programs.

This is an execution-focused role from day one, so freshers and entry-level candidates will not be considered for this particular opening.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant conference/event management experience

• Graduate in any discipline

• Strong coordination and execution skills

• Comfortable handling time-sensitive situations and live event operations

• Willingness to work extended hours when required during live events

Live event days sometimes run long. They also end with a finished experience you can point at—which is one of the best parts of the job.
