We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Administrator ,Chennai having 8+ yrs of experience.

Must-Have Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT / Business Systems
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Customer Support Platforms
• Hands-on experience with at least one of:
• Freshdesk
• Zendesk
• Salesforce Service Cloud
• ServiceNow
• Strong understanding of Customer Support processes, including:
• Ticketing
• SLA management
• Ticket routing
• Queues
• Omnichannel support
• Strong experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, Middleware and system integrations
• Experience with Workflow Automation and Low-code platforms
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable support-system solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure and enhance customer support platforms based on business requirements.
• Manage and optimize ticketing, routing, queues, SLA and omnichannel workflows.
• Develop and maintain integrations between customer support platforms and other enterprise applications using REST APIs, Webhooks and Middleware.
• Automate repetitive support processes using workflow automation and low-code capabilities.
• Gather requirements from business and customer support stakeholders and translate them into functional solutions.
• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Support platform configuration, testing, deployment and ongoing enhancements.
• Troubleshoot integration and workflow-related issues and coordinate with technical teams where required.
• Maintain system documentation, process flows and integration specifications.
• Ensure solutions align with business needs, scalability, security and operational requirements.
