This is with regards to an opening with Global Financial Services Firm in Mumbai


Role - Vice President (Regulatory Reporting/Trade & Transaction Reporting)

Exp - 15+ years


  1. 15 Years of total exp in Investment banking operations
  2. 7+ years of Trade and transactions reporting exp, into CFTC, SEC, EMIR, MAS, HKMA, MiFID etc
  3. Individual should be managing the team on 8+ members covering multi-jurisdictional work assignments like exception management, reconciliations etc
  • Strong experience in Operations / Regulatory Reporting / Trade Repository Reporting.
  • Trade & Transaction Reporting
  • Good understanding of trade lifecycle across relevant products.
  • Exposure to regulations such as Dodd-Frank, EMIR, MiFID II, MAS, HKMA, JFSA, SEC, CAD, etc.
  • People Management role- Team size 15 to 35 Members
  • Global Regulatory Reporting
  • OTC Derivatives Operations
  • Post-Trade / Derivatives Operations
  • DTCC / GTR
  • Regulatory reporting for Credit, Equities, Rates, FX or Commodities
