Senior Account Manager

📢 WE’RE HIRING | Accounts Executive – Accounts, Payroll, HR & Admin

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive who can independently manage Accounts, Payroll, HR Operations, Banking, and Administration.

💼 Key Responsibilities

📊 Accounts & Finance

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions independently using Tally.
• Maintain accounting documents, invoices, records, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Prepare and manage various MIS reports.
• Coordinate with auditors for audits and statutory compliance.
• Handle banking activities, bank reconciliations, and related accounting work.

👥 Payroll & Statutory Compliance

• Manage monthly payroll processing.
• Handle PF & ESI related activities and compliance.
• Maintain employee payroll and statutory records.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS will be an added advantage.

🧑‍💼 HR & Administration

• Handle non-recruitment HR operations, including employee records, attendance, leave, documentation, and other HR-related activities.
• Manage day-to-day office administration.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Handle routine banking and administrative activities.

🎯 Requirements & Skills

• B.Com/ M.Com, CA Inter with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Tally.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
• VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
• Pivot Tables
• Excel formulas & functions
• MIS reporting and data analysis
• Good knowledge of Payroll, PF & ESI.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS is an added advantage.
• Ability to independently manage Accounts, Payroll, HR Operations, Banking, and Administration.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ownership of work.
