Job Responsibilities:


  • Operate and monitor injection moulding machines as per SOP and process parameters.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of machine and moulding defects.
  • Support mould change, machine setup, trials, and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Monitor production, quality, rejection, and machine downtime.
  • Maintain production records and follow cleanroom procedures.
  • Follow safety, 5S, GMP/quality requirements and maintain good housekeeping.
  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.


Qualification:


  • Diploma in Mechanical / Plastics / Polymer / Tool & Die or related discipline.
  • CIPET Diploma candidates preferred.


Experience:


  • 1–10 years of experience in Injection Moulding / Machine Maintenance.
  • Experience in cleanroom, medical device, or high-volume manufacturing will be an added advantage.


Key Skills:


  • Basic knowledge of Injection Moulding machines and moulds.
  • Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
  • Knowledge of injection moulding defects and process parameters.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
