Our multidisciplinary team of technology experts, product engineers, data scientists, client relationship managers and customer experience professionals work together with our clients to enable loyalty by enhancing customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
Position Overview:

You’ll sit in the founder’s office and help build consumer products from zero — AI-first, hands on the keyboard. Not just one feature in one app — you’ll contribute to a portfolio of products.
Help take ideas from concept to working prototypes, validate early signals of product-market fit, and support handoff to core teams once things show traction.
You’ll work directly with the CEO and senior builders. The distance between “we should build this” and “it’s live” — you help close it.

What you’ll do


  • Build real product prototypes — frontend, backend, and AI integrations — alongside a small, fast-moving team
  • Use modern AI tools as a force multiplier to move from idea → demo in days, not weeks
  • Ship fast, iterate faster — test ideas with real users
  • Support end-to-end product ownership: build, test, refine, document
  • Work across categories — apps, AI tools, consumer experiences — without being boxed into one domain

What we’re looking for


  • You’ve built something real (solo or in a small team) — a project, app, bot, tool, anything people actually used
  • You move fast, care about quality, and finish what you start
  • Strong fundamentals in CS or engineering (degree not mandatory — proof of work matters more)
  • Comfortable with modern AI tooling (LLMs, APIs, copilots) and web stacks
  • Curious, resourceful, and not blocked by “I’ve never done this before”

Bonus (nice to have, not required)


  • Experience with shipping side projects or hackathon builds
  • Familiarity with React / Next.js, Node, Python, or similar
  • Experience using tools like OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or similar frameworks
