About the Role
We are looking for a tech-savvy Digital Marketing Executive to manage performance marketing campaigns, generate qualified leads using AI tools, create AI-powered social media content, and automate marketing workflows to drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

 - Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
 - Generate qualified B2B leads through paid campaigns, landing pages, and AI-powered initiatives.
 - Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Buffer, Canva AI) for content creation, copywriting, and ad creatives.
 - Identify and implement marketing automation workflows to reduce repetitive tasks and increase productivity.
 - Explore AI tools for lead research, qualification, follow-ups, and campaign optimization.
 - Track metrics, analyze campaign performance, and optimize cost per lead and conversion rates.
 - Support social media content planning, creation, scheduling, and publishing across platforms.

Required Skills

 - 1–2 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
 - Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
 - Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Buffer, Make, n8n).
 - Basic understanding of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and lead-generation funnels.
 - Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and the ability to execute tasks independently.
