Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Bengaluru. The Physiotherapist will assess patients with neurological and related conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy, including neurorehabilitation techniques, exercise programs, and functional training. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring progress, updating clinical notes, coordinating with neurologists and other therapists, and educating patients and caregivers on home-based exercises and self-management strategies. The role also involves using rehabilitation technologies and equipment safely, contributing to interdisciplinary case discussions, and supporting continuous quality improvement in patient care.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Clinical physiotherapy skills in assessment, treatment planning, and hands-on neurorehabilitation for stroke, spinal cord injury, Parkinson’s disease, and other neurological conditions.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance and coordination work, and pain and spasticity management techniques.
- Ability to use rehabilitation technologies and equipment, with openness to learning neuromodulation and mechatronics-based tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- Solid documentation and organizational skills, including maintaining accurate medical records and tracking patient outcomes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution; valid professional registration/licensure as required.
- Experience in neurorehabilitation or a specialized neuro physiotherapy setting is highly desirable.
- Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and patient-centered care, with the ability to work flexible hours as clinical needs require.
