UX Design

7 to 10 years of experience in art direction or design, with at least 2 to 3 years in a lead or senior role

• A strong portfolio showing conceptual thinking and craft across multiple mediums 

• Proven track record of shipping high-performing campaigns across channels specifically digital

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma 

• Experience with AI-assisted creative tools and an informed view on their role in the process

• Working knowledge of motion and video tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender) is a plus

• Familiarity with social-first, performance, and content-driven creative 

• Strong typography, layout, colour, and composition skills

• Excellent presentation and communication skills 

• Experience directing external creative talent and managing production Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 

• Recognition from industry awards • Experience across multiple categories such as consumer, tech, healthcare, or luxury
