Infollion is looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Team Member to spearhead our US sales efforts and accelerate revenue growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive and scale Infollion’s sales pipeline across the US market, with a focus on business growth and revenue generation.
  • Pitch Infollion’s expert network solutions to global management consulting teams, PE/VC funds, and investment firms.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships across the management consulting, private equity, venture capital, and investment research ecosystem.
  • Drive new client acquisition, expand existing accounts, and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Global Partnership: Understand client requirements, align them with Infollion’s solutions, and build long-term strategic partnerships with global teams.


What we’re looking for:

Experience: 4+ years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development, preferably in expert networks, management consulting, research, or PE/VC-related businesses. Holding US Visa will be a strong add on.

Educational Background: Sales professionals from premier institutes such as IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Kharagpur and IIT Kanpur with strong business acumen and client-facing sales experience.
Note: Non IIT will not be considered for this role.

Domain Specific:

Knowledge: Strong understanding of management consulting workflows, investment research requirements, and client engagement.
Revenue Ownership: Proven ability to own sales targets, close deals, drive business development, and scale revenue.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive, ownership-driven approach with a builder’s mindset and the ability to thrive in a growth-oriented environment.
