  • Troubleshoot & Provide Microsoft Teams, SharePoint & GChat support for end users
  • Handle end-user incident requests and support through mails to resolve issues
  • Server & application monitoring
  • Patch & Vendor Management
  • Knowledge of JBOSS and Postgres will be an advantage
