Role: Quality Manager (Insurance)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality function within our Client Solutions department. The role will be responsible for ensuring that AI-generated outputs and manual correction extraction meet client-defined quality standards. This individual will drive quality governance, process excellence, training, and team development while partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end quality assurance for client deliverables.
• Validate and monitor accuracy between AI-generated outputs and manual extraction processes.
• Ensure adherence to client quality commitments, SLAs, and accuracy targets.
• Identify quality gaps, conduct root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
• Establish quality frameworks, audit mechanisms, and reporting dashboards.
• Collaborate with teams to improve quality outcomes and process efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement industry best practices.
• Build and manage a scalable Quality team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Create and deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees, with a focus on insurance-related processes and client requirements.
• Act as the primary quality escalation point and support AI tech discussions as needed.

Education and Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Quality, Operations Excellence, or Process Governance.
• Strong experience in Insurance Operations, or related service environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing quality for AI-assisted and manual workflows.
• Proven people leadership experience, including building and scaling teams.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience driving quality improvement and training initiatives.
• Six Sigma, Lean, or equivalent quality certifications are preferred.

Location: Bangalore, India (Open for relocation to Bangalore after few months)
