Test Lead - Data Automation

Role: ETL / Data Automation Engineers Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Python and PyTest Perform end-to-end ETL testing across source, staging, and target systems Create and execute data validation scripts using SQL and Pandas Ensure data quality by validating accuracy, completeness, and consistency Design and execute test cases for data transformations and data pipelines Identify, analyze, and resolve data discrepancies and defects Collaborate with data engineers to understand ETL workflows and business logic Automate regression and validation test suites for data pipelines Contribute to improving QA processes, automation coverage, and overall testing efficiency Required Skills: Strong programming skills in Python Experience with PyTest or similar automation frameworks Advanced SQL skills for data validation and analysis Hands-on experience with Pandas for data manipulation Solid experience in ETL/data testing and data validation techniques Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity Nice to Have: Experience with Playwright
