We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Response, Order-Based Planning (OBP), and S&OP. The role involves driving functional configuration, technical integrations, troubleshooting, and enhancements while working closely with business stakeholders and development teams.

This role is for you if:

• You have strong hands-on experience across SAP IBP planning processes and configuration.
• You can understand, explain, and articulate business processes, preferably in a Yamaha/business manufacturing context.
• You are comfortable leading blueprinting, design workshops, testing, deployment, and support.
• You can bridge the gap between functional requirements and technical development.
• You are experienced with enterprise SAP integrations and complex planning issues.

What You’ll Work On

• Lead/participate in blueprinting and solution design workshops.

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

• Configure, test, and deploy:

SAP IBP Demand Planning

Supply Planning / Supply Response

Order-Based Planning (OBP)

S&OP

• Troubleshoot statistical forecasting, key figures, heuristics, planning algorithms, planning areas, attributes, and time profiles.

• Manage and optimize RTI data integration between IBP and SAP ECC/S/4HANA/BW and other systems.

• Design and support integrations using CI-DS.

• Work with developers on enhancements, interfaces, custom solutions, and technical specifications.

• Perform root cause analysis, validate unit testing, and support deployments.

• Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and ongoing production support.

Must Have:

• Strong SAP IBP Techno-Functional experience
• Demand Planning, Supply Response, OBP & S&OP
• IBP configuration, Key Figures & Statistical Forecasting
• RTI / CI-DS integration
• SAP ECC / S/4HANA / BW integration
• Planning algorithms, heuristics & troubleshooting
• Functional/technical specification and development coordination

Preferred:

• 2+ full lifecycle SAP IBP implementations
• Experience with manufacturing/business planning processes
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation
• Experience in enhancements, interfaces, testing and deployment
