Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Coimbatore. The Account Manager will manage customer accounts, maintain strong relationships, and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, coordinating orders and deliveries, resolving issues, and tracking account performance. The role involves collaborating with sales, store operations, and customer service teams to support revenue growth and streamline processes. The Account Manager will also prepare reports, monitor key metrics, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products in line with the company’s lifestyle enhancement vision.
Qualifications

• Strong account management and customer relationship skills, including the ability to build trust, handle escalations, and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Sales and retail operations abilities, such as cross-selling, upselling, and coordinating with store teams to meet revenue and service targets.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective collaboration across departments.
• Organizational and analytical skills, including experience with basic reporting, data tracking, and use of spreadsheets or CRM tools.
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced retail environment in Coimbatore, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Prior experience in account management, customer service, or retail is preferred; experience in home or lifestyle products is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
