Job Title: Junior Executive – Media Ops and Servicing

Location: Worli, Mumbai (On-site)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Executive – Media Ops and Servicing to support the execution and management of digital advertising campaigns. This role involves campaign setup, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage digital ad campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, Display, etc.).
• Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and budget utilization.
• Handle ad trafficking, including creative uploads and tracking implementation.
• Ensure accurate targeting, placement, and delivery of campaigns.
• Generate campaign performance reports and highlight key insights.
• Identify and escalate technical issues related to ads and tracking.
• Support client servicing by sharing updates and managing expectations.
• Assist in pitch preparation, including proposals and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Stay updated on digital advertising trends and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• 1–2.5 years of experience in digital media, ad operations, or campaign management.
• Understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Display Networks.
• Knowledge of campaign setup, ad trafficking, tracking implementation, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Awareness of digital advertising trends, media amplification, and campaign optimization techniques.
• Prior experience in Ad Ops or media servicing will be an added advantage.
