🚨 Hiring: SAP TM Lead | SAP Transportation Management

📍 Location: Bhilai, Chhattisgarh

🏢 Work Mode: 100% Onsite – Client Location

💼 Experience: 6+ Years

We are looking for an experienced SAP TM Lead to join a client-facing project in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) and experience in designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting transportation management solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (SAP TM) solutions.
• Work on end-to-end transportation planning and freight management processes.
• Handle freight settlement, carrier collaboration, shipment execution, and logistics network optimization.
• Work closely with SAP EWM, SD, MM, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Prepare Transportation Solution Design Documents and functional specifications.
• Define and document Transportation Planning & Freight Management solutions.
• Configure and support Freight Settlement processes.
• Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and UAT documentation.
• Support master data and migration strategies.
• Prepare and execute cutover and go-live plans.
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for business and support teams.

🔹 Must-Have

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP TM / Transportation Management.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA TM.
• Strong understanding of transportation planning, freight management, and freight settlement.
• Experience preparing functional/design documentation, test scripts, UAT, migration, cutover, and go-live plans.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional SAP teams.

This is a 100% onsite, client-facing project. The selected candidate must be available to work from the client's location in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, 5 days a week.
