Key Responsibilities
  • Lead deal qualification, structuring, and negotiations across Equity Raise, M&A, and Debt Raise.
  • Manage the complete deal lifecycle from mandate to closing.
  • Lead financial modelling, valuation, deal readiness, and transaction documentation.
  • Build relationships with investors, acquirers, lenders, and family offices.
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients throughout the transaction.
  • Lead negotiations and drive deals through to successful closure.
  • Mentor and review work of Analysts and Business Analysts.
  • Contribute deal insights to improve investor matching and deal readiness.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, PE, VC, Corporate Finance, Wealth Management, Treasury, or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of originating and closing transactions.
  • Experience in at least 2 of 3 areas: Equity Raise, M&A, or Debt Raise.
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and deal structuring skills.
  • Strong investor/acquirer/lender network is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working with AI-enabled tools and digital workflows.
  • MBA, CA, or CFA preferred.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
  • Full-time, Work from Office.
