As an Insurance Professional, you will work within a dynamic and globally connected insurance environment, supporting day-to-day business operations and initiatives that contribute to efficient service delivery and customer experience.

The role requires a strong understanding of insurance workflows, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. You will be expected to understand business requirements, support operational processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure activities are completed accurately and within established timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day insurance business and operational processes.
• Understand and execute assigned insurance-related activities accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth process execution.
• Review and maintain accurate customer, policy, transaction, and operational information.
• Support insurance-related documentation, reporting, and process requirements.
• Identify process gaps and recommend opportunities for improving operational efficiency.
• Ensure assigned activities comply with established business processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with resolving operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of activities, cases, transactions, and communications.
• Support customer-focused initiatives and contribute to a positive service experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business requirements and dependencies.
• Monitor assigned work and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Prepare reports and provide relevant updates to stakeholders as required.
• Stay updated on insurance processes, business practices, and relevant industry developments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

• 2+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, banking, or a related business operations environment.
• Good understanding of insurance processes, products, policies, and industry practices.
