Assistant Restaurant Manager

The Fresh Factory is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who believes hospitality is more than service—it's leadership, culture, systems, and creating experiences that people remember.

This role is for someone who can lead from the floor, build high-performing teams, solve problems before guests notice them, and obsess over every detail—from the first greeting to the last cup of coffee.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Leading day-to-day restaurant operations

• Delivering exceptional guest experiences

• Hiring, training and motivating the service team

• Driving sales while maintaining operational excellence

• Managing inventory, costs and profitability

• Upholding the highest standards of hygiene, quality and presentation

• Working closely with the kitchen, bakery and retail teams to create one seamless guest journey

We're looking for someone who has:

• 6–10 years of restaurant management experience

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• A systems-driven mindset with excellent operational discipline

• A genuine passion for hospitality and food
