SENIOR ANALYST 2 (SA2)

Location: Mohali, Punjab | Full-Time

What you'll be doing

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities with accuracy and ownership.

• Prepare and maintain financial records, reconciliations and supporting schedules.

• Assist with month-end and year-end accounting activities.

• Review financial information and identify discrepancies or unusual items.

• Work on reporting and accounting deliverables within agreed timelines.

• Maintain high standards of quality and process compliance.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and relevant stakeholders.

• Support process improvements and contribute ideas to improve workflows.

• Assist and guide junior team members when required.

What we're looking for

• Relevant experience in accounting or finance operations - Minimum 3+ Years.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Exposure to international accounting environments will be an advantage.

• Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or similar systems is desirable.

• B.Com, M.Com, CA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent qualifications are welcome.
