Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Program Advisor to guide prospective students in selecting the right courses. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, be comfortable making outbound calls, and be passionate about helping students achieve their educational and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective students through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Explain course details, curriculum, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities.
• Understand students' educational needs and recommend suitable programs.
• Convince and counsel students to enroll in relevant courses.
• Follow up regularly with interested candidates to convert inquiries into admissions.
• Address student queries and provide accurate information about programs and the admission process.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM or database.
• Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly counseling and admission targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and parents.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing, counseling, and negotiation abilities.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work in a target-driven environment.
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in academic counseling, telecalling, admissions, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
