Civil 3D/Microstation/Openroads Designer (Land Development)

The Civil 3D/Microstation/Openroads Designer I, II, III will work on various land development projects with responsibilities including designing, planning, and managing stormwater systems. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and efficient engineering solutions aligned with project goals.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare land development & site civil construction drawings/documents (roads, utilities, grading, drainage, erosion control)
- Assist in zoning, preliminary, and concept land development plans
- Work on site grading, stormwater management, and safety design under senior guidance
- Draft soil erosion & sediment control plans (BMPs, swales, spillways, sequences)
- Prepare water, sewer, utility plans per U.S. local agency requirements
- Research standards/codes and respond to agency review comments
- Collaborate with senior engineers, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Education in United States strongly preferred.
- 1–5 years of civil land planning and engineering experience
- Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and/or Bentley MicroStation and/or Bentley OpenRoads
- Strong English communication (verbal & written)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong organizational skills
- Experience with U.S. or Maryland land development projects (preferred, not required)
