Role Description The Inside Sales Executive will manage incoming inquiries, follow up on leads, and engage prospective patients to explain Clinic Living Plus, Hsr Layout services and treatment programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outbound calls, qualifying leads, providing detailed information on offerings, and scheduling consultations or appointments. The role involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, coordinating with clinical and operations teams, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales and conversion targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular collaboration with internal stakeholders and offering direct interaction with patients interested in holistic health solutions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience in meeting targets and managing a sales pipeline.
• Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation capabilities, including prospecting, follow-up, and nurturing potential customers.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle queries, and support patients through the decision-making process.
• Candidates should ideally have prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or related industries, along with familiarity using CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
• Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, the ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, and a track record of working ethically in a fast-paced environment.
