Junior Business Development Executive

We’re Hiring: Junior Business Development Executive

Bangalore | Full-time | Work from Office

We’re looking for a confident and driven Junior Business Development Executive to join FirstDraft Studio.

You’ll handle both inbound leads and outbound outreach, from taking discovery calls and understanding client requirements to prospecting potential brands and following up until closure.

What you’ll be doing:

• Handle inbound enquiries and sales calls

• Understand client requirements, budgets and timelines

• Pitch the right FDS services and work towards closing leads

• Research and identify potential clients and brands

• Conduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls and other channels

• Follow up consistently with warm and cold prospects

• Maintain and manage the sales pipeline/CRM

• Coordinate with the team for proposals, quotations and meetings

• Build a strong understanding of our services across Branding, Websites, Social Media, AI Content and Creative Production

Who we’re looking for:

• 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Client Servicing

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Confident speaking with founders and decision-makers

• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills

• Comfortable with cold outreach and sales calls

• Organised and consistent with follow-ups

• Target-driven and comfortable taking ownership of conversions

• Curious enough to understand a business before pitching to it

Experience in a creative, branding, marketing, advertising or web-design agency is a bonus.
