Assistant Operations Manager

🚨 Hiring: Operations Executive

📍 Location: Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh

💼 Experience: 2–6 Years

🎯 Preference: Candidates with experience working in remote/site locations will be preferred.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor operational activities, productivity, and service delivery.
• Coordinate with site teams, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage manpower deployment, attendance, and daily operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety standards, and client requirements.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly operational reports and MIS.
• Address operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Support manpower planning, team coordination, and employee engagement.
• Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.

🔹 Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–6 years of experience in Operations / Site Operations / Facility Management / Hospitality /

Service Industry.

• Experience in remote or site-based locations will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and team-handling skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.
