Performance Test Engineer - Javascript & C#

Project Description:

We are looking for a Senior Performance Testing QA Engineer with a strong background in Test Automation and Cloud-native applications. In this role, you will be responsible for validating the performance, scalability, and reliability of the highly available Capital Markets analytics platforms while helping drive quality engineering best practices across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.
• Build and enhance JMeter test frameworks and scripts, including JavaScript-based scripting and customization.
• Develop and maintain automated test solutions using C# and Selenium WebDriver.
• Analyze application and infrastructure performance to identify bottlenecks, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to define and validate non-functional requirements and performance SLAs.
• Produce clear performance reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and drive automation of testing and reporting activities.
• Continuously improve performance engineering practices, tools, and processes.

Mandatory Skills Description:

Proven experience as a Performance Test Engineer, NFR QA Engineer, or similar role.

Strong hands-on expertise with:

• JMeter (JavaScript-based scripting)
• C#
• Selenium WebDriver
• Solid understanding of load, stress, scalability, capacity, and endurance testing methodologies.
• Experience with API performance testing and troubleshooting complex distributed systems.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot.
• Hands-on AWS experience, including:
• EC2
• ECS
• CloudWatch
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Experience with Postman, Rest Assured, or LoadRunner.
