Position Summary

We are looking for a Senior Copywriter who can develop sharp, engaging, and platform-first communication for leading brands and creators. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual thinking, storytelling abilities, and experience writing for social media, influencer campaigns, digital platforms, and branded content.

The role will involve turning client briefs and campaign objectives into compelling creative ideas, scripts, concepts, and copy while ensuring that the communication is aligned with the brand voice and campaign strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, campaign ideas, and communication strategies based on client briefs.
• Write compelling copy for social media, influencer campaigns, branded content, digital campaigns, and advertising.
• Develop scripts for influencer videos, reels, short-form content, and branded integrations.
• Create campaign narratives, taglines, hooks, captions, content pillars, and creative copy.
• Translate brand objectives and consumer insights into engaging and culturally relevant content.
• Work closely with Creative Strategists, Brand Solutions, Client Servicing, Influencer Marketing, and Talent teams.
• Develop creative ideas and copy for pitches, presentations, and new business proposals.
• Adapt communication and tone of voice across different brands, audiences, platforms, and content formats.
• Review and refine content to ensure accuracy, consistency, grammar, storytelling, and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, creators, and other creative teams to bring ideas to life.
• Stay updated with social media trends, pop culture, creator trends, and emerging digital formats.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Experience & Skills

• 2–3 years of experience as a Copywriter, Senior Copywriter, Creative Copywriter, or in a similar role.
• Prior experience in an advertising agency, digital agency, influencer marketing agency, or creative setup is preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media, campaign, branded content, and/or influencer marketing work.
• Excellent command of English with strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content formats.
• Ability to write engaging scripts for short-form video and influencer content.
• Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities.
• Ability to understand a brief and convert it into a clear creative thought.
• Good understanding of brand voice, audience behaviour, and current cultural trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days are preferred.
