Associate Program Manager

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Architect to join our dynamic team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using the .NET framework. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design and development of complex .NET applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to technology and architecture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development with at least 5 years in a .NET architect role.
• Strong proficiency in .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, and related technologies.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Proficiency in database design and management (SQL Server, NoSQL).
• Excellent understanding of software design patterns, architectural principles, and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
