We’re Hiring | AR Executive – Medical Billing

We are looking for experienced AR Executives to join our US Healthcare RCM team.

📍 Work Mode: Work from Office

🕒 Shift: US Shift

💼 Experience: 3–5 Years

🚀 Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

🏥 Domain: US Healthcare – Medical Billing / RCM

Key Responsibilities:

• Insurance AR follow-up and aging management
• Denial and rejection analysis
• Appeals, underpayments, and claim corrections
• Payer calls and portal follow-ups
• EOB/ERA review and payment discrepancy resolution
• Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payer follow-up
• Reduce outstanding A/R and improve collections

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years of US Healthcare AR/RCM experience
• Strong knowledge of denial management and insurance follow-up
• Understanding of CMS-1500, CPT, ICD-10, modifiers, EOB/ERA, and CARC/RARC codes
• Strong communication and analytical skills
