Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP implementation, support, rollout, and enhancement projects, along with strong business process knowledge in Finance and Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and provide SAP FICO solutions aligned with business needs.
• Configure and support SAP FI and CO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders, and Profit Center Accounting (PCA).
• Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
• Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, system configuration, testing, and user training.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP modules.
• Support integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO.
• Strong expertise in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting).
• Strong expertise in SAP CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing).
• Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
• Knowledge of Financial Closing, Taxation, Asset Accounting, and Costing processes.
• Experience in integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
• Excellent understanding of business and accounting processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Knowledge of SAP FSCM, Central Finance, or Group Reporting.
• Exposure to SAP Fiori applications.
• Experience in data migration and system integration projects.
• SAP certification in FICO/S4HANA Finance is an added advantage.
