Job Title: Training Quality Auditor 

Department: Learning & Development

Location: Field-based — travel to client/training sites

Employment Type: Full-time contract


Role Purpose

To visit training sites and observe live sessions conducted by Technofocus trainers, evaluate the quality of delivery against defined standards, and submit structured feedback to management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate trainer performance on content delivery, clarity, pacing, engagement, and adherence to the approved curriculum
  • Assess use of training materials, participant engagement, and overall session conduct
  • Complete standardized observation and evaluation checklists during each visit
  • Critique sessions objectively, documenting strengths, gaps, and specific areas for improvement
  • Prepare and submit structured feedback reports to management after each site visit
  • Flag deviations from approved content or delivery standards for follow-up
  • Maintain tracker of trainers evaluated, ratings, and recommended actions
  • Coordinate visit schedules with site/training coordinators


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in education, training, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in training delivery, instructional evaluation, or training quality audit
  • Willingness to travel extensively to training sites
  • Strong observational skills and ability to assess training quality objectively
  • Excellent written communication skills for feedback report writing
  • Comfortable delivering constructive, direct critique
  • Ability to work independently on a travel-heavy schedule
