ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a multi-brand ethnic fashion company. We run four brands across Myntra, Nykaa and Amazon (House of Pataudi, Sarha, Mitera and Navibhu), our own D2C website (sarha.in), and a wholesale B2B business. Each brand has its own distinct visual identity, and keeping those identities separate and consistent is central to how we compete.

This role owns the creative direction for all of it, and produces the work. You will set the visual direction across every piece of communication that leaves the company, execute the key creative yourself, and direct a junior graphic designer on the rest. This is a hands-on role, not a supervisory one. You will spend most of your time making things.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative direction

–   Set and hold the creative direction for all brand communication across our four brands and B2B business.

–   Work within each brand's defined visual identity and keep the brands clearly distinct from one another.

–   Be the quality bar: nothing goes live that does not meet the standard you set.

Product imagery and video

–   Direct and execute all product imagery across marketplaces and the website, including video.

–   Apply each brand's visual treatment (background, grading, styling) consistently across full image sets.

–   Work with AI-generated and shoot-based imagery as the product and channel require.

Social media and advertising creatives

–   Direct and execute social media creatives: static, carousel, video.

–   Direct and execute Meta ad creatives, working to the content and campaign strategy set by the marketing team.

–   Keep creative output aligned with what is actually performing, not just what looks good.

Directing the junior designer

–   Direct and oversee all junior graphic design work: brief it, review it, and hold the quality standard.

–   Build repeatable templates and systems so routine output does not need reinventing every time.

B2B

–   Own catalogue design and creative communication for the wholesale B2B business.

–   Produce trade-facing material that speaks to buyers, not consumers.

MUST HAVE

–   4+ years in design, with a portfolio that shows both range and a genuine visual point of view.

–   Strong command of the core tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and video editing.

–   Proven ability to hold multiple distinct brand identities separate without blurring them.

–   Comfortable working to a written brand guideline rather than improvising every time.

–   Experience producing creative for ecommerce or marketplace listings, where images directly drive sales.

–   Able to direct and review someone else's work constructively, while still producing your own.

–   Organised enough to run parallel deadlines across several brands without work slipping.

NICE TO HAVE

–   Fashion, apparel, textile or D2C experience.

–   Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools for product and model imagery.

–   Experience with marketplace image requirements (Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon).

–   Motion graphics or short-form video editing depth.

–   Print and packaging design exposure.
