Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization Insurance Cloud Omnistudio SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on delivering high-quality solutions in the insurance domain. This role does not require travel and operates during day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and customization of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation of Insurance Cloud and Omnistudio to enhance business processes.
  • Provide expertise in SFDC Lightning to create intuitive and efficient user interfaces.
  • Manage SFDC Integration to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
  • Configure SFDC to align with organizational needs and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive IT solutions.
  • Ensure the scalability and reliability of Salesforce applications.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system integrity.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.
  • Contribute to the companys growth by implementing innovative solutions.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through effective Salesforce solutions.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in SFDC Development and Customization.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Insurance Cloud and Omnistudio.
  • Have expertise in SFDC Lightning and Integration.
  • Show capability in SFDC Configuration to meet business needs.
  • Experience in IT Consulting and Mergers & Acquisitions is a plus.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
