Catalyse Advisory LLP is a Gurugram-based advisory firm delivering finance, taxation, and corporate compliance solutions to domestic and international clients across the US, UK, and India. Our team of CAs, CFAs, and CS professionals supports clients in GST and direct tax compliance, corporate secretarial work, virtual CFO services, offshore bookkeeping, and financial advisory.

The Role

We're looking for a semi-qualified CA to join our advisory and compliance team. This role suits someone with solid CA firm experience who wants to broaden their exposure across taxation, finance, and corporate compliance while working directly with the partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage GST and direct tax compliance, filings, reconciliations, and assessments
• Handle bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting for domestic and international clients
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards
• Support virtual CFO engagements, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Manage corporate secretarial and ROC compliance, including filings and statutory registers
• Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks under the Companies Act and allied laws
• Independently manage client relationships, queries, and deliverables

What We're Looking For

• Semi-qualified CA (cleared one or both groups of CA Final/Inter)
• 4-5 years of relevant experience post ca articleship, preferably in a CA firm
• Strong working knowledge of GST, direct tax, and Companies Act compliance
• Hands-on experience with statutory filings, audits, reconciliations, and secretarial work
• Proficiency in Excel, Tally, Zoho and other accounting softwares
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple engagements, and mentor juniors
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear communication
