Role- SAP CPI (C4C Consultant)

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Bangalore( Hybrid)

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP CPI / C4C Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, monitoring, and supporting SAP C4C integrations with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain SAP CPI iFlows for C4C and other SAP/non-SAP integrations.
  • Configure integration scenarios between SAP C4C, ECC, S/4HANA, and third-party systems.
  • Work with SOAP, REST, OData, HTTP, IDoc, and other integration protocols.
  • Develop mappings using Message Mapping, Value Mapping, Groovy scripting, and Content Modifier.
  • Configure routers, filters, exception subprocesses, timers, and error-handling mechanisms.
  • Perform CPI monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Configure and support SAP C4C integration, business objects, web services, APIs, and data synchronization.
  • Handle authentication, certificates, credentials, and secure connectivity between systems.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Prepare technical documentation and support integration-related incident resolution.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in SAP Integration/CPI.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite.
  • Strong experience in SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) integration.
  • Hands-on experience with iFlows, Groovy scripting, Message Mapping, Content Modifier, Router, and Exception Subprocess.
  • Good knowledge of SOAP, REST, OData, HTTP, and APIs.
  • Experience integrating C4C with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and third-party applications.
  • Strong troubleshooting and production-support skills.
