Job Title: Creative Director – YouTube Channel

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 3+ Years

Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Creative Director to lead the content strategy and execution for an upcoming YouTube channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong storytelling mindset and hands-on experience in long-form video content, documentaries, and YouTube Shorts, with a deep understanding of audience engagement and platform trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the creative vision and content strategy for the YouTube channel
  • Conceptualise, script, and oversee production of:
  • Long-form videos
  • Documentary-style content
  • YouTube Shorts & short-form videos
  • Lead end-to-end content creation: ideation → scripting → shooting → editing → publishing
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, storytelling style, and visual identity
  • Collaborate with videographers, editors, writers, and social media teams
  • Analyze performance metrics (views, watch time, retention) and optimize content strategy
  • Stay updated with YouTube trends, algorithms, and audience behavior
  • Drive innovation in storytelling formats and creative execution

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in content creation, filmmaking, or digital media
  • Proven experience in:
  • YouTube content strategy
  • Documentary or narrative storytelling
  • Short-form content (Reels/Shorts)
  • Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and audience retention techniques
  • Excellent storytelling, scripting, and visual direction skills
  • Hands-on experience with video production and editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
  • Ability to lead creative teams and manage multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with YouTube channels or digital media startups
  • Background in journalism, filmmaking, or mass communication
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse video formats
